1. About Realty Setu
Realty Setu CRM ("Realty Setu", "we", "us", or "our") is a cloud-based Customer Relationship Management
platform built for real estate builders, brokers, and agents in India. It is developed and operated by
Sparsh Software. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and
protect information when you use our platform or when your leads interact with our integrations.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information in the following ways:
- Account information — name, mobile number, email address, company name, and role when a builder signs up or is added by an admin.
- Lead data — contact details (name, mobile, email), source, stage, and communication history entered by your team or imported from integrations.
- Facebook Lead Ads data — when you connect Facebook Lead Ads, Realty Setu receives lead form submissions via the Facebook Graph API and Webhooks. This includes the fields you configured in your lead form (e.g., name, phone number, email, city).
- Usage data — pages visited, actions taken (logins, lead updates, exports), browser type, and IP address for security and analytics.
- Communication logs — follow-up notes, call logs, and site visit records entered by your team.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To operate and deliver the Realty Setu CRM platform to you and your team.
- To import and display Facebook Lead Ads submissions in your CRM dashboard.
- To send in-app notifications and reminders about follow-ups and lead activity.
- To improve platform performance, fix bugs, and develop new features.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
- To contact you about your account, plan, or important platform updates.
4. Facebook Lead Ads Integration
If you connect your Facebook Page to Realty Setu via the Facebook Lead Ads integration:
- Realty Setu uses the Facebook Graph API to fetch leads from your Facebook Lead Ad forms.
- Lead data received from Facebook is stored in our database and associated with your company account only.
- We use Facebook Webhooks to receive real-time lead notifications. Webhook payloads are logged for debugging and immediately processed to create CRM leads.
- We request only the minimum required Facebook permissions: pages_show_list, leads_retrieval, pages_read_engagement, ads_read, business_management, pages_manage_ads.
- Facebook user access tokens are stored encrypted in our database and are never shared with third parties or exposed to end-users of the platform.
- We do not use Facebook data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond delivering the CRM service you requested.
- You can disconnect Facebook at any time from the Integrations settings, which revokes our access.
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs or Facebook APIs will adhere to applicable platform
policies, including Facebook's Platform Terms and
Developer Policies.
5. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or your leads' data. We may share information only in these limited circumstances:
- Within your company — data is accessible to your team members (agents, admins) as configured by you.
- Service providers — hosting (server infrastructure), email delivery, and payment processing providers who operate under confidentiality agreements.
- Legal requirements — if required by law, court order, or governmental authority.
- Business transfer — in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred with prior notice.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account and lead data for as long as your subscription is active. If you close your account,
we will delete or anonymise your data within 90 days, except where we are required to retain it by law.
Webhook logs are retained for 30 days for debugging, then automatically purged.
7. Data Security
We implement industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including:
- HTTPS encryption for all data in transit.
- Encrypted storage of API tokens and credentials.
- Role-based access control — each user sees only their authorised data.
- Multi-tenant isolation — every query is scoped to your company's data.
- CSRF protection on all state-changing requests.

8. Cookies and Local Storage
Realty Setu uses session cookies for authentication and localStorage to remember your
UI preferences (e.g., dark/light theme). We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
9. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention obligations).
- Object to or restrict certain processing.
- Port your data in a machine-readable format.

10. Children's Privacy
Realty Setu is a business platform intended for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect personal
information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us data, please contact us
and we will delete it promptly.

Our platform may contain links to third-party websites (e.g., Facebook). We are not responsible for
the privacy practices or content of those sites. We encourage you to review their privacy policies.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes
by email or via an in-app notice. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the
most recent revision. Your continued use of Realty Setu after changes constitutes acceptance of the
updated policy.
