These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of RealtySetu, a real-estate CRM platform operated by Yaviri Technology.

By creating an account or using RealtySetu, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of RealtySetu

RealtySetu provides software tools that may include:

• Lead management
• Customer management
• Follow-up management
• Sales pipeline management
• Site-visit management
• Team and user management
• Reports and dashboards
• Communication and integration features
• Other CRM and business-management functionality

Features may vary depending on the plan or service selected.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate account information
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Controlling authorised users
• Assigning appropriate user permissions
• Ensuring your users comply with these Terms
• Notifying us of suspected unauthorised access

You are responsible for activities performed through your account.

3. Customer Data

You retain your rights in the business and personal information that you upload or enter into RealtySetu.

You grant Yaviri Technology the limited rights necessary to host, process, transmit, secure, back up and otherwise handle that information solely for providing and improving the contracted RealtySetu services, subject to applicable law and your agreement with us.

4. Acceptable Use

You must not use RealtySetu to:

• Violate applicable laws
• Upload unlawful or unauthorised information
• Commit fraud
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access
• Interfere with system security
• Introduce malicious software
• Access another customer's data
• Abuse communication or messaging features
• Reverse engineer or unlawfully copy the software

5. Subscription and Payment

Where RealtySetu is provided as a paid service, applicable pricing, billing cycles, taxes, renewal terms and payment conditions will be communicated during purchase or subscription.

Fees may vary according to the selected plan, users, features, usage or other applicable commercial terms.

6. Intellectual Property

RealtySetu, including its software, interface, design, branding, logos, documentation and underlying technology, is owned by or licensed to Yaviri Technology.

Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease or commercially exploit RealtySetu or its intellectual property.

7. Third-Party Services

RealtySetu may integrate with third-party services such as communication, payment, analytics, advertising, cloud or other platforms.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. Yaviri Technology is not responsible for the independent operation or availability of third-party services.

8. Availability

We aim to provide reliable and secure services, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Service availability may be affected by maintenance, upgrades, technical failures, third-party services, internet connectivity or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary due to:

• Non-payment
• Security risks
• Abuse or misuse
• Violation of these Terms
• Legal or regulatory requirements

Upon termination, customer data will be handled according to the applicable agreement and our data-retention practices.

10. Disclaimer

RealtySetu is a software and business-management platform.

Reports, analytics, recommendations or automated outputs provided by the platform should be independently reviewed before making important business, financial, legal or contractual decisions.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Yaviri Technology will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

Any specific liability limitations will be governed by the applicable commercial agreement or subscription terms.
